Terms of Use
These terms govern your access to Ploxs, including the web app, Chrome extension, deck-building tools, Google Slides integrations, billing, and support. Ploxs turns notes, documents, URLs, and Google Slides content into presentations.
Using Ploxs
You may use Ploxs only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
You may not misuse Ploxs, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, scrape the service at scale, or use Ploxs to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
Your Content
You retain ownership of guidance, notes, files, URLs, spreadsheet data, Google Slides content, and other material you submit to Ploxs. You grant Ploxs the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and export that content solely to operate and improve the service, build requested decks, respond to support requests, and protect the service.
For Google API data, this permission is limited to providing or improving user-facing Ploxs features you request. It does not allow Ploxs to sell Google API data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide your content to Ploxs and to build, export, or present the resulting presentations.
Deck Output
Ploxs uses automated systems and AI models to help structure and edit presentations from material you submit. Deck output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing output before using, publishing, presenting, or sharing it.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Ploxs assigns to you any rights it may have in deck output, excluding Ploxs software, design presets, platform code, model infrastructure, and other pre-existing Ploxs materials.
Google Integrations
If you connect Google, Ploxs may access Google Drive and Google Slides only to perform actions you request, such as exporting a Slides deck, inserting content into an open presentation, or editing selected slides. You can disconnect Google from Ploxs settings.
Credits And Billing
Some deck-building actions consume credits based on usage. Credit balances, charges, and logs are shown in the app. Paid credits are non-transferable and may be subject to limits, expiration, taxes, payment processor rules, and refund restrictions shown at purchase or required by law.
Availability And Changes
Ploxs may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers And Liability
Ploxs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that deck output will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ploxs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services.
Termination
You may stop using Ploxs at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Ploxs or other users, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
